📸 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing brefischerphotography for your photography needs. I value your time and trust and strive to provide the best possible service. Please review the policy below regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. This deposit is deducted from the total session fee.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled session, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Policy

Notice of Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date.

Rescheduling Fee: If the session is rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied.

Weather-Related Rescheduling: If your session is impacted by inclement weather (e.g., rain, snow, severe cold), I will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

One-Time Reschedule: Clients are allowed one free reschedule for any reason, as long as it is within 48 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may require a $50 fee.

No Show Policy

Failure to Attend: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.

Emergency Situations

I understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances happen. If you must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. I will try to be understanding and flexible under these circumstances.
